Refunds & Spa Policies

Payment is required in full at the time of service for all treatments provided. As indicated on intake form, if you are receiving service, you are responsible to ensure that the service will be covered. No exceptions. Note that all sales are considered final for Gift Certificates, which encompasses invoices related to custom packages, including pamper retreats, couple retreats and events. Additionally, it is important to remember that packages purchased are available for redemption within a period of up to 12 months from the original purchase date.
