About The Space…

My 2021 was all about restoration. I took a huge leap of faith, deciding to downsize and redirect my career path. Little did I know, God had a bigger plan for me. An opportunity came up for me to move my massage and esthetic practice into a larger space, a 1200-square-foot building near my previous location. The catch? The building was built in 1942, and it definitely showed. Commercial-grade carpet, track lighting, buzzing grid lights, and outdated window treatments—all of it needed serious work. Despite these challenges, I saw the potential and knew this was where God was leading me.

I decided to put aside fear and uncertainty, trusting that if God brought me to it, He would bring me through it. With that mindset, I focused less on “how” and more on “who.” God showed up in amazing ways, sending friends, clients, and even strangers who stepped in to help. From painting and cleaning to offering words of encouragement and financial support, I felt surrounded by love and generosity. My mom, always my biggest supporter, was liking my Instagram reels within seconds of posting.

I hired a trusted team of contractors who felt like family, and friends pitched in with electrical work, moving furniture, and hauling away junk. I even had friends helping me move in on the 4th of July. God provided in ways that blew me away, even down to specific items for the space that fit perfectly—there’s a whole story behind that, which I call my “dumpster diving” miracle!

Looking back, managing this renovation while working with clients, navigating the ups and downs of 2021, and dealing with personal loss was no small feat. But I’m so grateful. Today, this space is a sanctuary of healing, peace, and restoration for everyone who enters. It was a massive project, but God showed up as Jehovah Jireh, providing every step of the way. I’m deeply thankful for the family, friends, and clients who supported me through it all.

This experience is a reminder that God is faithful to His promises. Keep seeking His will, dream big, and trust that He will make provision for the vision He places in your heart. When it’s a God-given desire, it’ll require more than what you can do on your own—it will require His hand. Psalm 145:13 (NIV) reminds us: “The LORD is faithful to all his promises and loving toward all he has made.” Trust that He will see you through.
